Rachel has been a member at ToddPilates for over two and a half years, and has found it a rewarding and transformative experience. Rachel's class combines a fun, lighthearted atmosphere with profound benefits for both physical and mental well-being. She is thrilled to step into this new role as an instructor and can't wait to share her passion for Pilates with you!
