Drawn to the practice of yoga as a path to deeper inner connection and personal transformation, I received my 200 hour vinyasa yoga certification in 2013. As a teacher, I aspire to hold space for others as they connect with their own wholeness and inner wisdom. I encourage students to break past limiting beliefs and see themselves as simultaneously powerful and loving, calm and strong. I enjoy incorporating essential oils, gentle meditation, pranayama, and pieces of philosophy into each class. And, though my classes are sometimes challenging, my natural style is nurturing and playful. I believe that kindness, inner connection, and intention are the most important parts of any yoga class, and if those are established, the rest will flow naturally.
