Doug has been an avid fan of group fitness since college and started teaching aerobics back in the days of leg warmers and sweatbands! After consistently practicing Pilates and barre for just 3 months at ToddPilates & Barre, Doug noticed how much more flexible he was and how much stronger his legs were. Doug is now going back to his fitness roots to teach The 40 Minute Workout, a traditional, aerobics-inspired workout that is upbeat, fun, challenging, and open to all levels.
