Catherine brings a background in dance and mental health to her classes, and her goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and ready to have a great time moving together. When she's not in the studio, you can find her trying out new Austin restaurants with friends, playing with her goofy Aussiedoodle puppy, or getting out in nature.
