Beth entered her first weight room in 1997 and never looked back. With a background in weightlifting and contact sports like roller derby and kickboxing, she quickly realized the importance of core strength and stability as the foundation for building a strong, active body. Pilates has provided that for Beth, and she is excited to share her experience with you as she helps you build the strong foundation you’ll need to reach your fitness goals! Beth is a NASM certified persona trainer and also teaches bootcamp. She has a FitCore Mat certification through Peak Pilates and completed Pilates mat training at ToddPilates.
